Move-in
First-year International Move-In Day will take place on Wednesday, August 14 at the Danforth University Center from 8 a.m. -5 p.m. Central Time.
Airport shuttles will be available on August 14 from 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. Airport shuttle sign ups will be available on the FYI Registration form below.
Anyone who will not be able to arrive within the move in time is encouraged to seek alternate accommodations for the night and check in the next day for Orientation programs with the Office for International Student Engagement.
Orientation
First-Year International Orientation will take place August 15-August 17. The registration form will close on July 1, 2024.
All international students that will be attending WashU on a F-1 or J-1 visa are required to attend first-year international orientation. Students who have U.S. citizenship but have lived abroad are able to attend but it is not mandatory. You must register register to attend using the link below. Please do not complete the form until AFTER you have secured your flight details.
