Move-in
Move-In Day for international transfer and exchange students will take place on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the Village House on the north side of campus.
The Office for International Student Engagement (OISE) will offer a free shuttle from St. Louis-Lambert International Airport to campus on January 7 only between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A sign-up link for Shuttle Service from the Airport is coming soon.
International Transfer & Exchange orientation
Winter Welcome is Wednesday, January 7, through Sunday, January 11, 2026. Events designed specifically for International Transfer & Exchange students will occur on January 8, 2026.
International students will meet with staff from the Office for International Student Engagement (OISE), attend an Immigration Presentation from the Office for International Students & Scholars (OISS), and shop for needed items at a local shopping center. Accommodation statement
We strive to host inclusive, accessible events. If you have a disability and require accommodations (such as assistive listening device, captioning, large print, reserved front row seat, advanced copy of slides to be projected, etc.) in order to fully participate in Transfer and Exchange Welcome, please list them in your Transfer & Exchange Welcome registration form that will be provided soon. After we receive your submission, a member of Student Transitions & Engagement will contact you for more information. Requests should be made as soon as possible, but at least two weeks prior to your arrival on campus.
